Revival was started to build a strong, safe and sober community rooted in mutual support, healthy living, and active recovery.

We believe in the power of movement, connection, and encouragement with accountability – whether through our evidenced based fitness support classes, friendships, or spiritual wellness.

Combined 530pm class tonight ! For 6 years now we have been running 40 miles for Recovery at the @shakori40ultra . Despite the weather, each year becomes better and better. TODAY IS THE DAY we run 40 miles for recovery at the Shakori 40 Running Festival! THANK YOU to all our lap sponsors this year! We seriously couldn’t do what we do without the support from you! The Snatch is one of the hardest lifts to learn. 363947393 to think about, while pulling pounds off the floor and then telling your brain to allow your body to pull underneath the bar with said pounds. However, we still relentlessly pursue virtuosity. Mechanics become consistent and then we increase intensity (or weight). Just learning a new habit, or living a new life sober. Master the basics. Get really really good at doing the common things uncommonly well. Then you will see the needle move ….. Hard to believe we’ve had 6 Friendsgivings now, but we are so here for it. We have ALOT of Narcan for distribution as well as other harm reduction and hygiene essentials !!!! Hey guys, I know the storm yesterday was not friendly to our unhoused population. We have some tents, tarps, cots, chairs etc that were donated this afternoon to @revivalathleticsandwellness . I will be setting these outside every evening during our class or let me know if you want in the morning ! First come first serve!
